Yes yes and yes all quality businesses will guarantee there work and we most definetley do our work is our name we take pride in our work which always leads to more work . and yes we have public liability insurance and all our employees are covered by work cover .

We had a customer that had a 100 year old house to restore with high ceilings and they had a few Ideas to do on the job to make it cheaper , I took the time to show them a house we had plastered that was of that era , we ended up doing similar for them & they have thanked me ever since

I will generally always like to visit the site and look at the works before quoting , the exception to this rule would be a small amount of patchwork as this will usually be able to be estimated over the phone

The customer can always save money by having the site clean & ready for our part of the project ie: plumbers and electricians to have all there works roughed in , also using other quality trades before us makes the job run smoother as they will make sure it is ready for the next trade

Our experience in a wide range of work over many years makes us very efficient , we know how to tackle all work as we have had a wide scope of different work over many years , we keep up with the latest tooling in our trade to stay as productive as we can

We quote on a job to job basis as no 2 jobs are ever the same ie: some require the highest standard of plastering level 5 finishes where there is a high level of natural light and are much more expensive due to the time needed to acheive a level 5 finsh
