  We had a business computer failure and contacted Yang after hours and he was most obliging and checked our unit but it was terminal. Yang then advised on a a suitable replacement which we purchased and Yang attended on the next business day and installed it. Yang delivered unbelievable service and expertise - he is a master of all things computer related. Highly recommended.

  I consider Yang as my hero after he retrieved all the files that went out in my hard drive a week before my deadline! I really panicked that time. I called him and he immediately came in and solved all my worries within an hour. He did not just save me from work, but he did save me time and money. I really thank him and I will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

  My computer screen got cracked. I asked couple of computer shops for quote and two shops quote me over $300! What I got from Gr8 was only $140 for replacement! That saved me a lot of money! I got the service on that same day, and I was able to use my computer after that. They fixed my screen so quickly that it made me so happy. It was such a great company!

  Frank is the man when it comes to computer troubleshooting. He repaired my PC and has to transfer all my files to Mac. He really knew what he was doing and he really mastered it. What amazed me more is when he told me that he got a 6 year old laptop which is still going fast. He was really amazing!
