  I already told them that it's a 3-flr apartment w/o lift so is that included in their rate, it's Saturday so it's a min of 4hrs that need to be paid. The senior guy who came keep on joking that he's tired from going up and down the stairs, so it's kinda putting me pressure not to give them additional items (even if we have more). They ended up just finishing it for 2hrs, and we had other items left that I felt shy for them to carry as the guy keeps on joking about how tired he is. Loved the junior guy though as he has great attitude and was hard working and not complaining.

  Hi Joyce I am very sorry you felt this way I wish you had of spoke to me on the day as along as it was packed enough to be carted safely we definitely would have removed it all I'm very sorry his jokes have come across this way he just likes to have a laugh with clients to make the job go faster but I have and will again explain to him that not everyone understands his humor he is actually a very hard worker and has done some very long days with me without complaints so again I am very sorry about the misunderstanding As for the rates we don't adjust rates for stairs and the only variable is the 4 hour minimum for Saturday that is out lined in our confirmation emails we send out I hope the rest of your removal went well and you are settled well into your new home regards DJ Jenkins

  I highly recommend Goodyear removals DJ and his crew moved me with no issues even picking up furniture along the way which made my life easier. I had a lot of fiddly bits and pieces that were packed nice and secure. I have nothing negative to say, even the music they had playing while they worked was good 👍 Hopefully I never have to move again but I will be recommending them to anyone I know who is. Thankyou so much guys 🙏
