  She told me that she would clean the house in 2 hours. Firstly, she was late 1 hour 15 mins. And she didnt even contact me for running late. I texted her and she replied me later. They finished the cleqning in one hour but still she charged 2 hours price. Her team mate wiped the shower but i checked that she didnt even touched the toilet. Toilet seats hadnt been touched at all. Also she cleaned the bathroom sink's inside but not outside. I have 2 bathroom and she dis the same thing on the second bathroom as well. I told her to dust off the chusions. She said "okay" but she didnt do it. She only vacuumed visible areas but not underneath of the study table and around the bed side table. I dont understand how they got 4.9 stars? Must be fake users I guess. For this bad effort and quality, $60 too much. Shame on them.
