I was passing by a street and I saw a unfinished poor-quality  job, so I spoke to the builder he told me he had wasted time customer's and money. He was very disapointed and I told him you are speaking with a render professional.   After he asked me a quotation, I inspected all the job  and I gave him  the quote to fix all work. After I finished the job, the builder gave me extra  money due he was very grateful and satisfied with the job quality.

I like to deliver a quality job and which means I don't have to go back to repair faulty jobs for me is a waste of time. I prefer to do it once and well done.   Job finished means Happy customer.

I give two extra coats of paint over the texture colour to protect against humidity and avoid after years apperance of  black spots .    I can provide 5 years Warranty for any defect in the labour, texture colour   except  movement of the building caused  by earthquakes, or failure in foundations.

When is the best time to inspect the job? Verify if walls are out of  level and if concretes are aligned with bricks  Ask customer if  the the workspace is going to be clean or Do I have to clean it?     Verify security conditions   Ask for payment conditions

1. Depending of the quality of materials requested by the customer  . 2. For small jobs the customer  can save money and have peace of mind  if I provide scalfolding due you only pay for the days you use the scalfolding. 3. You can save money  if  the builder remove rubbish before I start my job.

I do not have  the lowest price in the market but my job quality and my experience is a guarantee for a well done job.   In the market you can find render with low quality and lower prices, but their job is not to last  they can't offer guarantee.

Cement render Inside per sqm $ 18 + GST including materials. Cement render Outside per sqm $ 25 + GST including materials depending on the complexity of the design.
