All work is guaranteed to meet the manufacturers specified outcomes.  However, there are times when unforeseen circumstances can cause minor defects. Where a defect is the direct result of poor workmanship it will be covered by that tradesperson at their expense.

It is a rewarding aspect of our trade to help plan with our clients and carry out the required works to transform their home and to see them completely satisfied. When we fulfil the clients desires we sleep well at night knowing we have given our best for what we have financially received.

Customers need to ask themselves what they are really wanting.  Is it a quick paint job to hide defects for a sale or they understand that their home is an investment that can be passed onto the next generation. Having answers to question like those will help them hire the right professional.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

When we are on site with the client we need clear communication on the scope of works.  Interior/Exterior, complete rooms or just the ceilings. It makes things so much easier if you know what you want. If you are still unsure when a site inspection is organised just let us know. Often we see things that the client hasn’t noticed.  If you work with us it makes our job easier working for you!

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Firstly, don’t try doing the work yourself! Leave the work to the professionals.  When clients try to save a dollar prepping it themselves they often take advice from other non professionals that have no idea. We do it right the first time.  Exterior– (1) Remove any non-fixed items or tie back/trim plants to provide clear access to all areas requiring preparation and painting works.  Interior–(2) Remove curtains and other non-fixed items where possible & remove or place room contents in center of room where possible. (3) Be clear on what you want done prior to works commencing.

As a Onflare customer who enters into a working contract with our services you'll receive $100 off in the event we don't arrive at our arranged time with no prior communication. i.e. if we say we'll be there at a particular time we will, but if for unforseen circumstances we can't we'll let you know

We aren’t interested in supplying cheap labour or inferior products! Our clients receive VALUE for money.  If you’re looking for a quick paint job to hide problems it would be best you contact someone else. Expect to pay more in exchange for a lasting quality finish. It works out far cheaper over a much longer period.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Quotations provide an exact price up front. If you choose to change your mind on aspects of the job once started there may well be a price change. However, those charges can be agreed upon prior to their commencement. In that way you are still in control.
