  Do not use this company.  Taken advantage of. Cleaning not done adequately. Replacement team never arrived. No reply of phone calls or text messages. After two changes in days and times, a team of two arrived and despite being told they would require the whole day - 8 hours; they were gone in 3 hours.  The house was not cleaned adequately and despite contacting Global Clean Brisbane with videos showing the floors not washed; benches not wiped; vacuuming not done; cobwebs not removed; toilets not cleaned; air conditioning vents not wiped; windows with muddy water marks on them and dirtier than when they arrived; the person from Global Clean Brisbane did not return my call when he said he would, to discuss rectification.   Despite constant calls; 24 hours later we were contacted via text, and an alternate team was arranged for 8am Sunday morning. We cancelled our Sunday plans to ensure we were there to meet the team to rectify and clean the home properly; yet they did not arrive and after two hours of waiting, I decided to look up the reviews. I felt sick. We were not the only ones who have experienced this same circumstance.  It has been hugely distressing for me, and it is very hard to have faith in human nature after this experience. Be warned. Do not engage this cleaning service.  I wish I had read the reviews before paying $500 for a clean. We will be contacting the Fair Trading tribunal.

  Do not use these people. Terrible experience, boss said they had just gone under new management and should disregard bad reviews but honestly at least the old management bothered to rock up by the sounds of things. new management confirmed bond clean before texting me 1am the morning of the bond clean to tell me his cleaner was sick and not coming in. Rescheduled to the next day and confirmed that night, then proceeded to screen all my calls the morning of the new date. Refused to answer texts and left us without a bond cleaner at the end of our rental agreement. IF CONSIDERING THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT DO IT.
