  I hired Liam to tile my whole house in stages so we started with the toilet, ensuite, bathroom & laundry. Well first of all he didn't use the colour grout I wanted in the showers, so I stressed how important it was to get the colour right for the floor tiles which he didn't get right either. He didn't do silicone wipes anywhere & has left a strip at the back door & in the bathroom shower with no tiles. There are cracked tiles on the floor in places too which is noticeable. I've been trying to get him back to finish the job off properly but he keeps putting me off. I've had enough now & I'll find another tiler to finish the job & hopefully they will do a better job!! I'm not impressed at all!

  Hi Natalie, I haven’t received any emails etc. with the grout colour you ask for (mid Grey) and that’s the colour I used on all three floor which where tiled, grouted and completed in three stages. Hope you got sorted?
