Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Giraffe Removals are FULLY insured. A lot of other removal firms will only cover you for transit insurance. We are covered by transit, loading/unloading and public liability. That said however, accidents and insurance claims are very rare.

Whilst our hourly rate is not the cheapest, we guarantee that the end result of the move will be that you end up paying less, simply because our staff are that much more proficient. Make sure you are comparing apples with apples when comparing prices.

We generally charge an hourly rate, however if a fixed quote is required, we are more than happy to attend your home/premises to conduct a free survey, and put together a firm quote for you.
