Yes we do have insurance and if a client is not happy with anything we will come back to rectify, we understand that all clients have different needs.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We both had experience in cleaning and we couldn't find work when we moved to the peninsula so we did a small business course together and started our business

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We a did a spring clean for a friend of a friend, it was a small unit with a very dirty bathroom. When we finished and the real estate agent went through the home she quoted that it was cleaner than when he moved in, the real estate agent asked for our card and we now do her home fortnightly.

We enjoy working together and meeting new people, over the past 3 years we have created quite a few nice relationships with our clients, even to the stage where we have babysat there children.

How many bedrooms, how many bathrooms and toilets and if the home is single or two storey and also if house has carpets,floorboards or tiles.

Make sure there is not too much clutter for us to move, if oven needs cleaning spray night before, and if want windows cleaned remove all fly screens ready to be cleaned.

Because we are owner operators we charge a reasonable price as we don't have to pay staff and any unnecessary overheads.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For an ongoing job we charge a hourly rate but with spring cleans and end of lease cleans is based on what is required.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We currently do all aspects of house cleaning. Eg: kitchens bathrooms, windows inside and out including window tracks. Spring cleaning is a speciality and also end of lease cleaning with all clients receiving full bond back.

We have over twenty years experience in all aspects of cleaning domestic, commercial, industrial and schools and started our own business 3years ago and have a great clientele.
