What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

1. Ensure they are not using chemicals - the reason being is that if you have a minor leak the chemicals reach the inside of your home and this is not great for your families health.  2. Are they using the right tool for the job? A home style gernie just won’t cut it for this job.  If your home is a double story are they using atleast a 6.5m ladder to gain access to the roof and not just attempting to clean the bits you can see but actually spending the day up on your roof.  For gutter cleaning: are they actually cleaning the gutters professionally - this means on hands and knees on your roof not from a ladder and by hand…no using a leaf blower for example or only cleaning ontop of gutter guard or only the bit you can see!  3. Supply as much info and even pics of your job to ensure you and your tradie are on the same page when it comes to expectations - many jobs on here say for example “gutter repair” this could mean so many things so give more info for an accurate quote with no suprises!!

Graeme and team go above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with the end result   We are a reputable company with the correct equipment for a professional result rather than an at home type pressure cleaning machine which only removes the top layer of dirt for example.  we do not book back to back jobs to ensure if you need us to complete any other tasks while we are with you we have the time to do so - even little things like checking tiles for cracks and replacing them, taking photos for you so as you can see the condition of your roof and guttering system, installing plastic gutter guard and cleaning up thoroughly when we are finished even your neighbours property if needed.

Yes - roof cleaning. We use our experience and skill to clean your roof using a professional petrol gernie  Graeme has quite an OCD streak and takes his time to ensure each layer of dirt, mould and mildew is removed, even from the parts that you can’t see!!

Multiple roof cleans every week and some really challenging pitches that clients have been extremely happy with - some even realising that they don’t need to paint like they thought before the clean.  Gutter cleans we wanted to do the old fashioned way of hand cleaning and removing the debris from the property - leaf cleaners just make a mess on the ground.  Graeme has over 20 years residential construction experience which set him up to run this business successfully - he takes pride in his work.
