Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Our business is fully insured and our workmanship carries a lifetime guarantee.  Parts warranty varies based on what brand and what parts they are.  For example our ATE Ceramic brakes come with a 3 Year 50,000km warranty if fitted by us. Please enquire for individual items.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We saw a massive gap in the market from the dealership pricing and the customer service declining.  We thought people want a more personal experience and if we can provide the same/ better quality of work while looking after our customers in a manner that they feel valued whilst saving them money.

We have many customer stories, some involving cars that were fixed much easier than first anticipated and some much more difficult. I guess what we are saying is not many issues are the same but it the end regardless of difficult or easy everything was repaired in the correct manner.

Seeing a finished product that better then what it was when it came in.  There is something very satisfying about working with your hands and fixing something to see the end result.

Do you have a car i can borrow?  Yes. Does it cost anything? No. We are all about convenience and taking away as little time out of your day as possible.

The way we have established the business allows you to communicate directly with the person that will be working on your vehicle.  We are an owner run business and all the decisions that you need help making are just one phone call away. As for being trustworthy our reputation speaks for itself.

Our workshop has over 30 years experience with German vehicles so you know your car is in safe hands.  We pride ourselves on the quality of work we deliver and that timely manner we complete jobs in.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Vehicle details - specifically what it is you want done ( can require diagnosis).  Diagnosis can vary from workshop to workshop so we always recommend getting us to diagnose an issue before carrying out a repair to avoid any miscommunication.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Provide us with vehicle details, Make, Model, Year, ect Vin numbers are preferred. 2. Provide us with what you would like done to the vehicle, eg. Service, Diagnostics or Repairs. 3. If there is an issue that has come up please be upfront about the events leading up to the issue.

Our $289 service is a special for Oneflare customers. Usually ($317). Also when mentioning Oneflare if your vehicle is in for Diagnosis you will save 50% on your first hour of labour towards the diagnostic fee.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We are a small independent workshop and we minimise our overheads to pass those savings onto our customers. While still putting out the quality of service and workmanship German car owners expect from the dealer.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our services start from $289, this includes engine oil and filter change, a full inspection of your vehicles condition. This inspection comes with a complete report and set of recommendations of what your vehicle may require. Also included is tyre pressure adjustment and top-up of all fluids.

BMWs are our bread and butter, from general service and maintenance to in-depth diagnostic and repairs. We are also fully equip for VW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche and Land Rover

Pierre - Fully qualified BMW trained technician Leif - Fully qualified technician with many World PAC training programs completed also a long history of BMW experience.  Josh- Is our Head Tech and a perfectionist to say the least. We also are fully licensed for air conditioning work on your vehicle
