His coordination of his contractors and communication with us was good, and it was completed in the agreed time and on budget, and the workmanship and final appearance is excellent. He also went above and beyond, helping with several other issues we had with the house. We will be contacting him for future renovations and have been introduced to a very competent plumber for general plumbing work and maintenance. Ten out of ten.
