  Sukhbaatar was punctual and completed an end of lease clean. The job was done quite well, only issue was the miscommunication about availabile carpet steam clean. It was a shampoo not steam clean.

  The cleaner did not turn up on the day she was booked. When I phoned on that morning, she told me that she was a distant away, and could not come until next week. She could have phoned me the night before, if she knew she would not come. Next day, she sent 2 other cleaners who did not understand English, until I questioned about the price. I recommend that you make a confirmation the day before, if you hire this cleaner, and need the job done.
