We provide a no-obligation estimate, services carried out Monday to Friday during the hours of 7.00am and 6pm will be subject to the standard rates and conditions. Out of hours and weekend services will be subject to additional surcharge.

GBE provides commercial Electrical Maintenance Services as listed below according to Australian Standards: •	Electrical Installations and Testing – Wiring Systems •	Lighting maintenance including interior lighting (lamps, starters, tubes and diffuser cleaning and replacement). •	Telecommunications including phone, data and antennae for the reception of radio and television broadcasting performance of household electrical appliances •	Emergency Evacuation Lighting and Exit signage installation and audits (tested and rectified to industry code) •	Infra Red (IR) and thermal testing of switchboards to meet building, insurance and fire codes. •	Supply of plant and equipment for excavation component of this project •	Supply and installation of heavy duty and communications underground conduits •	Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) systems. •	Safety switch and RCD testing. •	Smoke Alarm detector testing and replacement. •	Supply and installation of security system (included but not limited to paradox panel, passive infrared motion detectors, reeds switches, keypad and siren/strobe) •	 •	Supply of independent licensed electrical inspector •	Supply of Certificates Of Electrical Safety •	Commercial office fit-outs. •	Appliance/Industry Test and Tagging.
