Nikki said that she is capable to remove 4 our Lomandra plants, and to do lawn mowing. She came alone with no proper professional tools, no any other person to help, she spent at our place a few hours and haven't completed any of the jobs. She said she was determined to remove plants, but she had no professional tools for that. I understood that she is not capable to do this job and I asked her a lot of times to leave it but I have been told that she is going to finish that anyway. Also I was worried about her as it was a hot day and she came with a very open top on without any sleeves. I could not persuade her to leave this job, she refused to stop. After an hour of "hard work" she has done almost nothing to get even one plant removed or any close to removal of one. I couldn't have it like that any more and told her strongly to stop it as this is not a proper job I expected and asked her to do at least the lawn mowing. But it took more than a couple of hours for her to work on our not big lawn and she still didn't complete the job and had a lot of to do to complete the job, because she didn't have a proper trimmer, she was trimming a few minutes and then sat for 15 to replace the cord in it, and it was going to take ages to complete trimming. And also mowing was not done - she did a little and stoped to trim. I realised that I got more than enough for today and asked her to stop doing this job at all, that my husband will complete this job on a weekend. I wasted all the day for nothing and had no any job completed and nothing done properly. I got really upset. After all she kept messaging me threats for two days because I didn't pay her a full price.Jenny
