The best way to save money on Personal Training expenses is to commit to a package of training sessions  & pay for it in advance in return for a discount or extra training sessions. You could also negotiate a weekly fee for a minimum amount of weeks instead of an upfront payment.

I own & operate a training studio so there are several options starting with a basic plan $16.50 per week for studio access, training program, & nutritional guidance, $330 for a package of 10 training sessions in a Group environment (no more than 5 in a group) or $550 for a package 10 one on one
