Freedom ilectrical is a fully insured business and all workmanship is 100% guaranteed ! So if anything happens due to the workmanship it will be fixed free of charge.

What do you like most about your job?

The one thing i enjoy most about my job is the Positive feed back i receive from my customers. It is always nice to know that my customers are happy after completing a job.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

I find most customers usually ask questions about which product would be best suited for the job they require. I Try and give as many options as possible and sometimes ones that the customer has not thought about.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I have been an Electrician for 20 years and take great pride in providing my customers with the best possible service. I am friendly, honest and most of all listen to my customers requirements. I give the customer all the different opions and discuss the best possible way of completing the job. I am on time and will call if i am unable to make an appointment. At the completion of a job I ensure my work areas are clean and that the customer is satisfied.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I usually don't give a quote over the phone. I always like to come and a have look at the job and offer suggestions and ideas to the customer. Different parts can vary the quote quite significantly.

What makes your pricing competitive?

Compared to others i have a very competitive Hourly rate. There are no hidden extras like call out fees except in the case of an emergency or weekend call out. I also have a great supplier who gives me my parts at a great price saving the customer money.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Depending on the job, I sometimes quote per hour like rewiring an older house, but usually I charge by the hour estimating on how long a job will take. I usually discuss the options with the customer depending on the type of job.

I have been an electrician for 20 years and have i diverse range of skills throughout all areas being domestic, commercial, Industrial, Mining and oil and gas. I always enjoy and take pride in what i do.
