It's too hard to pick one particular customer as there are too many stories to tell. One that comes to mind was a Dental Surgery near Mermaid Waters needed full refurbishment not only of flooring, but painting, bench tops and odd handy man jobs, which we completed in just 3 days. One Happy Customer.

1) Accurate measurement of flooring area to be laid in square meters 2) Are we required to remove and/or install/reinstall skirting or scotia 3) Any prep work required (e.g. leveling floor, preparing damaged floor, removing previous floor - carpet or tiles) 4) Any Body Corp. Specifications?

1) To remove and dispose of existing floor (including carpet, tiling, or timber flooring). 2) Removal and Installation of their existing skirting  3) Leveling of uneven floor (to keep it simple, masonite or plywood)

We have a fairly diverse range of suppliers. This means that we can pass on the best price possible for our customers. We try our best to match any written quote, however our quotes are usually quite competitive to begin with. We have economical yet high quality products in our range.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We charge per square metre (for flooring), lineal meters (for doors strips, skirting or scotia) and hourly rate for any flooring preparations required.
