  This review is for a bond clean job in July 2021. Communication was terrible. Made an onsite inspection and quoted a competitive price by text after viewing the house. Booked for a certain day by phone, but never got any email or text back in confirmation. The week of the job I called to confirm and they had me for a date a week later. Told them I'd cancel if it wasn't the agreed date. No confirmation until I said I'd book another service. The day of the job, they show up and wanted two hundred dollars more than what was quoted. I then had to text them to get a written receipt for the property agent. As far as the cleaning, it was average at best. I had to re-mop the hardwood floors as there were boot prints all over them from the carpet cleaners who came later. Also, the laundry room was not done and I had a hand-sized ball of dust and lint I had to clean up. It was on me for paying these guys. I do not recommend them at all.
