  Booked for a bond clean. Didn’t show up. Tried calling all morning but no response. Finally called me back to tell me she had me booked in for the following week. I was very specific with the date as I had a carpet cleaner and pest man coming the following day and I wanted the clean done before they came.

  Hi Robyne, I don’t usually respond to such negativity but in this case it was a genuine miscommunication and it’s hard not to take this personally. I note you haven’t mentioned in your review that i out of mobile contact due to being on the tablelands that day and I didn’t have reception , I also offered to do your bond clean for free the very next day due to the mix up that may have actually not been my fault, although I did take the blame. You declined my offer but still chose to write this review without first discussing possible solutions. You seemed fine when we finally communicated but clearly you felt compelled to attempt to discredit my services. Fate sometimes plays a role in interactions with people, perhaps there’s a good reason this wasn’t meant to be. I wish you all the very best and I sincerely do hope that it all worked out as you know how awful I felt about the miscommunication.
