  Arrived punctually - when I started showing him the rooms to be cleaned he went off saying he had quoted on 4 rooms. I said I was sorry but I had said 4 bedrooms and L shaped lounge/dining room when I contacted one flare. He kept going on about being ripped off so I just said not to worry about it! He bought his gear in and cleaned. Finished in an hour and left. In checking rooms I noticed major stains removed but one, which I subsequently got out with water just slightly under a bed was not. I paid and extra $10 for 2 mats to be cleaned. I will go back to my normal cleaner who charges $110 for the lot and spends up to 2 hours doing a thorough job - and cleans up any spilled water on tiles/floorboards which didn't happen with flagstaff!
