  Armstrong's training is top-notch! He's incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and can design workouts that are perfect for your current level and goals. I was visiting from out of town and needed a quick session, and Armstrong went above and beyond by fitting me into his schedule. Not only is he a fantastic trainer, but he's also a genuinely kind and friendly person. Overall, an amazing experience!

  Where do i start with this amazing women! A trainer like no other, I finally feel I've found someone who understands me, my fitness and listens to my goals. I've been with Talya for 6 months and have loved the results. We have a laugh, train hard and as a mum this time to myself is so precious so I'm happy it's all been worth it!
