About FFPT Here at Fitness Fidelity we are passionate not only about health and fitness, but providing others the happiness that comes with being proud of the body you are in. With this passion came the creation of the Fitness Fidelity Private Training Facility. Since July 2012, Fitness Fidelity has been changing the mental and physical strength of those who pledged loyalty to their health. Starting small, we have now been able to advance into a Personal Training Studio and Online Training Provider which allows us to welcome more members into our team.
