I have over 5 years experience as a personal trainer in the gym and outdoors, one on one, small groups and boot camps. I hold a Cert 3 and Cert 4 in Fitness and a Master trainer Certificate along with many other extra certificates including Boxing, kettle bells and Nutrition.
