Your Success is my Goal Private training studio Located in Thornlands, QLD surrounded by parkland. I offer studio and mobile options for those who need flexibility with their training requirements. Specialising in Weight Loss, Small classes are held throughout the day focused wholly on losing Bodyfat and increasing fitness. Classes are Personal and Private with a Maximum of 2 clients per session. Personal training is also available via appointment, With an extensive bodybuilding background I also offer Bodybuilding, fitness model training services to get you from start to competition ready. Nutrition support and plans are available for those who need or want them. . My aim is to provide a service that is both affordable and delivers results to absolutely anyone who needs it. At F n F you will receive up to 5 weight loss / bodybuilding sessions every week for the same fee others charge for just ONE personal training session. Clients have had extraordinary results by following my Proven methods. Examples of this are: I recently had a client who lost a total of 20.5 kilograms in just over 8 weeks, this was without starving themselves or by doing excessive training. Simply by following the structure as it is delivered.
