I am a trained craniosacral and remedial massage therapist. I integrate or I use individually, depending on the client and what feels right to them. I work intuitively and feel through the body sensing and feeling not just the physical but their energy of the client which includes the biosphere this is all integrated very subtly. I believe as a health therapist and body worker its important to work with the health of the body. listening to what the clients want and this allows the body to give it permission to heal and release any pain and stiffness.
