  There is no greater support for anyone other than Ivan for someone who needs support, professional construction defect feedback, and the voice of the house owner. With growing ambiguity with builders' quality in constructions, regulation shortfalls and many complaints. Professionals like Ivan who we need with us to take care of all the checks in all stages of construction. Because of his immense knowledge and insightful findings of defects, I could push back builders and make them remediate it at each stage of construction. Whatever findings of Ivan whether it's due to incomplete work, compliance defects and other cosmetics, he sends a report with all proof and respective regulatory obligations for the builder to follow which are our legal rights. So far my builder could not deny any Ivans findings and was able to accept it without any hiccups. I would highly recommend Ivan for his immense experience, prompt inspection, meticulous reports on defects and clear articulation of compliance for builders to follow.
