  This was a very traumatic experience for my family. I simply requested clear, natural images for my engagement party. Multiple guests flew in and I was terribly disappointed to receive Multiple blurry images and multiple dark ones and many out of focus.There was only 1 printable image of me and my fiancé after paying for 2hours for services. I paid $200 for a gorgeous cake only to receive one blurry image of it. Worst part is these images where supposed to be the only point of connection for my family overseas who couldn't be there. Guys please be careful who you book for these once in a lifetime events. I even requested a partial refund and she went silent on me. Very disappointed and deeply heart broken.

  Hi Amanda, I’m so sorry the photos haven’t matched your brief, “capturing as many memories as possible” is always subject to everyone individually. By capturing your event it shows the detailed of what you requested with a variety of emotions, memories and movement, not portraits or editorials. As shown on my website, my style of photography is constant throughout my portfolio. I spent an additional day on re editing them all day, gave you an additional 100 photos for print and digital, stayed an hour extra half an hour at your engagement plus you did changed your engagement/ weddings plans 3 times. I understand the emotions of going through the engagement party and people have travelled can be a lot as I did what was required and you saw my work on my website plus social media for a month prior. I wish you all the best for your wedding and thank you for your concern for people to be careful as I do my best to to after all my clients equally with professionalism, care and clear communication.
