  Had an horrible experience. Kay was all good till she needed the 100% payment. Then the timeline changed and she was absolutely unprofessional. I will never choose them again.

  DO NOT think you'll save a little money by using these guys instead of other more reputable removalists. THEY are sooooo unprofessional, and they couldn't care less about your property. They are sly and deceitful. They damaged items and don't wanna know about it if you realise after 24hrs. They damage items and falsely advise that they will arrange to have it fixed and then don't follow up on it. They hang up on you when you call to find out what's going on. DONT PAY THAT DEPOSIT and don't get locked in. Choose someone else even if it's more expensive trust me you'll have more peace of mind these people are ammatures!!! If I could give less than one star I would

  Initially Ezy Move seemed professional however on the day of my move, it all went downhill. I had to call on the morning of my move to inform them that no Removalist had turn up, to be told that they were outsourcing my job as they had an emergency job to take care of. 6 hours later, they turned up. They were ill equipped in size and experience to be moving furniture of any size. My furniture were being dropped on the ground a few times and my husband had to dismantle beds and assemble them at the other end as these removalist were not able to. I would not be recommending Ezy Move to family and friends.
