  They quoted average size two bedroom house - my removal was 9 cubic squares more. I had no idea about size. At first they said they were unable to take all my items as they were doing another pick up. A $3000 quoted removal was then $3,900 and an extra $100 to take bed head and bed end off. Ask questions and READ the fine print as they don’t take your items into the house. Just drop off in the garage.

  Hi Lainie, your feedback is appreciated however try your best to be precise next time. Firstly, I have explained to you thoroughly over the phone, cubic measurements are based on an estimate and we will not know for sure until we get on site. In future if you would like a more accurate ESTIMATE provide the correct information/ inventory list as this contributed to the miscalculation, Secondly, the guys on site did ask you if you wanted the extra goods to be loaded or not? It is part of their job to ASK! they can’t load the truck with out your permission. You said yes and they loaded it as per your request. Thus, it is only fair you pay the extra fees. Also, we explained to you the goods will be put into the garage/storage so I am not sure why you were expecting otherwise. Oh and in your review you forgot to mention we gave you a discount and waived the extra fees for loading and unloading. And, the fact you agreed to pay extra money to assemble and dissemble before we even confirmed the booking. We were honest and transparent with you both verbally and in writing from the start, but next time please be accurate and transparent so their are no surprises at the end for yourself and the removalists Oh and just a tip in life please consider being nice to the removalists/drivers. Take into consideration the fact they have been on the road for long hours trying to provide quality service. Their is no need to talk down at people. Respect is a basic human right.
