  Scott and his team were absolutely fantastic!! They helped me with my end of lease clean and did an incredible job. Not only were they thorough with their cleaning and very friendly and easy to deal with, they were also significantly cheaper than competing services and offered more! Scott contacted me at the end of the clean and told me he couldn't access the inside of the windows behind the fly screens (house design flaw, not his issue) so instead he cleaned the outside windows for me at no extra charge. Talk about going above and beyond! Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough.

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  We do have full public liability insurance. We do offer a guarantee on our End of Lease cleans, but conditions do apply and can only be offered if the job is quoted in person with at least 48 hours before starting the clean and that the house is in the same condition or cleaner than when quoted. The guarantee can only cover items on the supplied checklist or extras that have been requested in writing.

• How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

  End of Lease Cleans: For an end of lease clean; pre cleaning (sounds silly when getting a cleaner anyway) of floors, vacuuming out cupboards, hosing dirt of exterior windows or making sure there is no rubbish around will make a big difference. Regular House Cleans: Making sure the floors are clear of items (for example moving clothes off of floors on to beds), making sure the kitchen sink is accessible or even putting bathroom items away will help save your cleaner time which is better spent cleaning. Carpet Cleaning: Pre vacuuming of carpets before getting carpets cleaned; steam cleaners will do a much better job of cleaning the carpets if they aren't having to pick up any debris on the carpets.
