Yes we are fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity insurance. All of my inspections are carried out according to AS 4349

Are you insured and do you have a diverse background in this industry. Being a licensed builder does not mean you are a good building inspector, a lot of builders conduct inspections in there down time and often use them to generate repair work for themselves.

I arrive 30mins prior to every job to survey neighbouring properties. 12 years experience in the building industry, i also cover every aspect required when it comes to purchasing property.

Combined building and pest for $600. These two inspections combined usually total a cost of around $680 or higher depending on the size of the property.

My prices are fair in the market for the service i provide. I also offer packages which see the customer saving from $80 upto $200.

Instant bank transfer which will be required to be paid prior to me handing over the report. A proof of payment receipt is required.

6 years in a trade as a Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Technician on all kinds of job sites from domestic to industrial. Around a further 6 years contracting in multiple areas of building from tiling, plastering, structural retaining and concreting and roof plumbing.
