Generally speaking its good to know how long they have been in the job for, can they provide any recent work photos & references & its handy to know if they are current members of the applicable trades Association or Group. This one can tell if they are proud of their work, are in it as a career & see themselves as an important part of their industry. All good traits.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

Unfortunately the most common question has & always will be,  "How much does it cost" In the signage industry it just varies so much. Things like what is the solution you are after with your signage, where it is going, who do you want to see it, how long do you want it to last, plus many more variables make it hard to give a price sight unseen. We can however give clear & correct pricing generally after a brief conversation, some measurements & viewing of any logos or existing artwork. We would rather give you a clear pricing structure to start, with a little info from the customer, than give broad general quotes that can cause issues for both of us down the track.

We are an honest, friendly, family run business. Our great little company lives & dies by our reputation, & we have a good one. We have both customers & leading suppliers in the industry ready to give an honest appraisal of our services should you like an extra bit of piece of mind!

Here at Excel Visual Solutions first and foremost we want you to be happy. We offer a friendly and professional service being as transparent as possible throughout the whole process of our initial discussion about your needs up until, & beyond, when we hand over the invoice.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We basically need to have a chat to get a basic brief of what you are after. If you have a current logo,photos,text or font you would like to use, if you can provide that in a .pdf format that makes it a lot easier for us to whip up a basic visual & quote.  But if you don't have these and are coming to us fresh with ideas but no artwork, we can help with designing from scratch also.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

A customer can save money before we start work if they have a clear brief in mind ready to inform us of their needs, have their logo or any images they wish to use as a computer file ready to email us & be friendly , polite & willing to engage in some back & forth to reach agreeable terms of trade. We are always happy to help a customer get what they had in mind  & be happy with the result & experience.

Excel Visual Solutions are happy to offer OneFlare customers a free run of stickers, bumper sticker size, or square or whichever general sticker size suits their logo best, with any signage order taken & completed through OneFlare. *Stickers are to be what's regarded as a standard size , either 10cm x 10cm or 20cm x 6cm & be limited to 50 in total.

Here at Excel Visual Solutions we can do all aspects of the signage & window film industry, however we were at the forefront of the vehicle wrapping industry when it came into effect and are now know leaders locally and nationally in the design & especially installation of vehicle wraps
