  Tristan from Evolution Sports Therapy responded to my job post quickly and he was very easy to communicate with. We have so far only had a first assessment meeting, but I already feel that he is the right person for the job. I could also sense this from our email correspondence in setting this up. We felt comfortable with Tristan with how he spoke with us and listened us to work out what we need. So far a very positive and encouraging experience.

  With the help of these guys I have lost over 11 kilos and have achieved a number fitness goals that I never would have thought possible. Mel & Tristan provide an encouraging but relaxed environment and have helped me realise that regular exercise IS possible despite being a busy mum (I can take my kids to the outdoor fitness sessions!). They have a realistic approach to nutrition and I highly recommend them to any who is looking for support while losing weight and gaining fitness.
