  I was given a quote for a garden clean up over the phone after the guy viewed my property & sent his workers out to look it over, the quote was for x2 workers for 5hrs which I agreed on so we booked it for a 12pm start, 12:45pm comes along no contact from anyone so I call to find out what's going on im told they are running late which I understand things can happen but they arrive at 3:30 finish up at 5:30 say they'll be back the next day to complete the job, I'm not home the next day when they come for an hour only but the job not nearly complete they swept but left the piles none of the weeding we agreed on had been done they sprayed & said we will come back in a week to rake it up which didn't happen & now they are making out they worked longer than they did & now I'm told that they are multiplying the hours by x2 workers so they think the 3hrs work is actually 6hours?? Don't tell quote ppl for 2workers for 5hrs if you actually mean 2workers for 2.5hrs! This is the msg I got, Tash I apologise for the delay in getting back to you. I have today reviewed the work logs of the staff who worked at your property as follows; 1. Gardners (2) on 20 September from 3:30 PM to 6:15 PM, being 2 3/4 hours x two (5.5 hours); 2. Gardeners (2) on 23 September 1 hour (2hours). Total work hours 7.5 hours. I understand that you were in attendance at the property on 20 September. Our agreement was for a total of five hours and I am satisfied that we have met that obligation in full.
