I am an Insured business with guild insurance and have public liability and public indemnity insurance. I most definitely guarantee my work that is why your first session is always free!

How did I decide to get into my line of work? Great question! Well for the last 15 years I have had a passion for being healthy and keeping fit, so I thought to myself if I enjoy it so much, why not bring that joy to other people!

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I am a mobile personal trainer, which gives you the convenience to train in your own home, at the beach or at a park. I will design your programme to suit  your individual goals and work with you to help achieve your goals.

What makes your pricing competitive?

The value you get for the price I charge is pretty great. One I come to you, so no more getting in the car to go to the gym. Two I will write your programme and work with you to achieve your goals. Three I supply all the equipment, so all you have to do is do your best and get energized!

How do you normally charge for your service?

My preferred method of payment is direct debit to my bank account, but I will except cash payments. For a 45 minute session I charge $40 For a 60 minute session I charge $50

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

Functional fitness and muscle mobility are major areas I focus on in my training sessions. There is no point being able to lift heavy things if you, you have no range of motion. So my training sessions will involve body weight exercises, resistance training and stretching. Guess what theses are all good for weight loss!

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I am Registered with Fitness Australia and have been involved in fitness training for the last 15 years, covering various exercise programs involving functional fitness, gym training, running, training friends. I am a Cert III Fitness Instructor and Cert IV Personal Trainer I am Fitball Qualified and Suspension Training Certified.
