• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always enjoyed exercise from a young age. My mum has been a trainer the last 25 years so it felt natural to turn my hobby into a job. I love to keep learning and progressed to fitness educating after 4 years in industry, and haven't looked back.

• Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

  A client I had last year who had just finished treatment for cancer. She had been through a mastectomy, radiation and chemo.This left her feeling low in energy, and she had experienced muscle atrophy. After only 6 months with her, her strength had improved, she was more clear headed and energy.
