If we can not fix the problem you approached us with, there is no charge. Generally, if something goes wrong with our solution in the first 7 days, we will fix it free of charge.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Ben, our director, worked for 15 years for some of the most prestigious financial companies as a UNIX specialist and is therefore extremely technical. His CV includes such names as Citi, JPMorgan, ABN Amro and Bank of New York. There is rarely a problem he can't fix, given enough time!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We recently had a customer who was extremely dissatisfied with her Sony VAIO laptop. It was still under warranty but was not performing well at all and being almost new, there was no reason this should have been the case. She had sent the laptop back to Sony once already and they had not been helpful at all. They sent her back the laptop without having fixed the underlying issue. Exasperated, she gave the laptop to eLogik to fix. Not only did we deal with the relationship with Sony and persuade them that our customer should get a new laptop, but we got her the latest model and set it up with all her favourite software and shipped it back to our customer. This story highlights the extra mile we are willing to go to to please our customers. Needless to say, our customer was over the moon!

We love fixing things. Ben, our director was one of those kids who would take everything apart to see how it worked. Eventually, he also learned how to put them back together!

The main question our customers normally ask "How did you get to be so  good at what you do?" We reply: "Because we love our job, so it's always a pleasure, never a chore!"

Having worked for financial institutions for over 15 years, Ben has dealt with extremely sensitive information and has had to provide police and government checks for every role he has had. Not only this but I am by nature a person of high integrity and have been trusted by my customers with their passwords, credit card details and more!

eLogik provide a friendly, personalised service. We are small enough to be flexible. We don't force our opinons on you (unless they are wanted!) and will always consult with you before implementing a solution. Don't call an impersonal IT repair service like Geeks2U! Call eLogik!

There is only one thing we need to know - the type of issue you are facing! The rest can be worked out over the phone! We may even be able to fix the problem without leaving our desk!

1) Have the PC or Mac backed up before work commences. 2) Do some research to get a better idea of what is required to get the job done and be clear about your goals. 3) Give some background to the issue you are facing and how it came about.

Not really - sorry. Oneflare is a paid service so if anything prices should be higher, but they aren't.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have researched pricing in our local area and found our rate to be very competitive, given our breadth and depth of knowledge. If you can find a cheaper rate elsewhere, feel free to tell us and we will try to match it.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Our normal rate is $75 per hour, but discounts can be applied depending on the size of the job. We also charge a $50 call out fee if the job is outside our normal area (Rozelle and Balmain).

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We love all things apple and specialise in macs, ipads and iphones. However our experience does not just stop there. Having worked in the corporate sector for many years, our team has excellent knowledge of PCs, Linux, UNIX and networks. We also LOVE audio / visual and would love to help you get your dream home theatre up and running!

15 years experience and heaps of on the job training working for blue-chip financial companies as a Linux / UNIX engineer. It doesn't get better than that.........!
