Hi, I am the owner of Active Support. I am passionate about ensuring your active goal is accessible. I am a mobile PT, work in the safety of your home and am love using body weight exercises and HIIT training (if keeping fit and toned is your goal). I will ensure you feel supported, keep you motivated and accountable to your goal. I will also guide you through the correct technique so you can utilise the exercise independently. Majority of my clients seek Active Support because their main barrier to achieving their fitness goal is anxiety or a dissability such as auditory or sensory processing disorder. I work at your pace!
