  Was very late for the appointment. Did not conduct himself well. Did not provide a report until it was demanded. Damaged the vehicle he was was hired to inspect. Bad mouthed me to the dealership. Denied damaging the vehicle. He has been banned from the dealership. I will never use him again.

  Hi ken if you would like to see every other review it would go against what your saying. Sad you feel writing this is ok. You never paid in full and my solicitor will be in touch. To everyone else know knows me they know how professional I am and this was a problem via the dealership not me. If John has banned me then we will see once the solicitor goes through everything.   I highly recommend Brooke, hired his service to inspect a vehicle. Being based in Sydney I was worried that I might not get a thorough inspection or get someone who just does an average inspection just to get a job done... not Brooke, he was very honest and straightforward. He told me exactly what he was going and went above and beyond to make sure I know everything I need to know about the vehicle. I did not go ahead with the sale because It wasnt what I was looking for, if it wasn't for Brooke's inspection I may have headed for disappointment, thank you sir for your amazing work
