I offer cloud-based bookkeeping on Xero and QuickBooks, including sales and expense allocation, bank account and credit card reconciliations, payroll and superannuation, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, monthly financial reporting and BAS lodgement. My clients benefit from working with me, because: • I have 16 years of experience working in small and medium sized businesses as an in-house accountant (not only in accounting practices), which is why I understand business owners’ needs very well and we speak the same language; • I do my work accurately and fast since I am a fully qualified accountant, and I hold an Australian Master of Professional Accounting as well as a Master of Business Administration; • I offer a free initial consultation (please call 0403306900 or email [email protected] to arrange); • I offer software training if you prefer to do bookkeeping by yourself. My hourly rate is $55 for one-off jobs like checking the previous period and making corrections, setting up a new system or fixing issues. However, for ongoing work Elegant Bookkeeping offers the clients monthly fixed-fee packages, so they are always confident about the upcoming bill. Here are my current Monthly Fees: • Starting Package - no GST, no accounts payable - $140 per month (a total of 3.5 hours); • Basic Package - registered for GST, no accounts payable - $180 per month (a total of 4.5 hours); • Supplier Bills Management – basic bookkeeping plus accounts payable - $300; • Cash Flow Management - basic bookkeeping plus accounts payable and accounts receivable - $340; • Adding Payroll - $40 per payroll (1-5 employees); • Adding BAS lodgement - $150 per BAS.
