DOES YOUR CURRENT PROPERTY MANAGER LEASE THE PROPERTY AND CONDUCT THE ROUTINE INSPECTIONS? Some companies employ staff to conduct routine inspections and organise maintenance. We want your property Manager to know your property from the point of viewing,  during tenancy till the exit is complete.

As part of the service there is nothing you need to do before we come out for an appraisal, part of our job is to advise essential maintenance without you over capitalising on your property.

Knowledge, passion and experience. Any Property Management company can send an email with what they have to offer, but it is more important to us for the client to call and get to know their Management team, after all they are looking after the most expensive investment you will ever own.
