Some ideas if you want to check yourself: Carefully inspect the walls inside and out and timber for any termite damage. Inspect if there is any sagging in the roof, ceilings, timbers or weatherboard which could mean timber stumps have rotted, or concrete stumps/brick piers have subsided. check all windows, doors, etc.
