We are an insured business. Vehicle wraps come with an installation guarantee providing that the customer returns in 7 days for a complimentary check up.

Our signwriter began his apprenticeship at the tender age of 14 following in his fathers footsteps. He loves the design aspect & satisfaction he feels once each job is completed.

It was great to see a full vehicle wrap on one of our customers work cars. The graphics were requested to be cartoon like & images were to look like the owner of the business. On collection the owners son spotted Daddy on the side of the car & his reaction was priceless.

The look on customers faces as they see their signage of vehicle completed for the first time. Also seeing the same customers return time & time again & knowing them by name, in other words building lasting relationships.

What product do you use? For car wraps we recommend Avery as Queensland has such a high UV rating, it is not worth using cheaper vinyls available if you wish for your product to last.

How long is the turn around time? We are generally not a fast turn around print company. We suggest the process can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks from deposit to completion.

Our staff are extremely personable, we do say it like it is though in a polite way. If a customer comes to us with something that looks like it will not work for their business we discuss this. If they still wish to proceed no problem. We actually turn up when we say we will & we always respond.

We create original artwork which gets our clients noticed. We use the best quality products & provide amazing service. Our business is not a fast turn around print shop, we are more about nailing the brief so that our customers get maximum impact for the money they have invested.

The best information is what budget is the customer working towards. This cuts down the guessing process of how much coverage we can provide on a vehicle wrap for example. We need to know either signage measurements or vehicle make. Also whether the customer has their own logo or needs one designed.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Customers with own logos in useable formats such as ai, eps or high resolution pdf files save money on the artwork component providing they are happy with their existing branding. We don't recommend outsourcing a third party to have these drawn up as they often need to be modified by us for use.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We may not be the cheapest in the market nor are we the most expensive. Plenty of experience means that customers do not overpay for labour once the install has begun. We insist on quality products which will last rather than choosing the cheapest products which may fade within 12 months.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We require 50% deposit prior to start of artwork if the quote is over $1500. We require 100% deposit prior to start of artwork if the quote is under $1500 Pricing is worked out per meter with labour & artwork taken into consideration.

Whilst we are proficient in all types of signage we do specialise in vehicle wraps. We can also complete removal should you need to sell your vehicle.
