No, in line with the current government regulations we no longer require clients to share their vaccination status with us.

What COVID-19 measures do you have in place?

All our cleaners are fully vaccinated. However in order to protect the health of our cleaners please let us know if you test positive, we will not attend until a negative test is shown.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Eileen is the founder of Eileen Cleaning services, she started the business in 2016 when she discovered her passion for cleaning. Her daughter Amelia joined the business a short time after and runs the administration side of the business.   Today, we are still family owned with a full time team of 8 cleaners who loves to make sure your home and business is clean and tidy! We service the local Rowville area and have many happy customers who trust their clean with us.

Clients commonly ask what will be include in the services, we normally will provide a cleaning checklist for client to review before we start the work, we make every reasonable attempt to accomodate any special requests.

Generally we will ask our new clients to provide the following information:  1.How many bedrooms and bathrooms? 2.How many square meters is the space that needs to be cleaned? 3.How often do you need cleaning services?  4. The location of the cleaning job. 5. Any special requirements or expectations.

1. Large items and debris should be gathered up so that they are not spread all over the floors. 2. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.  3. Bathroom/shower products all placed in basket or container.  These things help our cleaners save time which maximises the time they have to clean.

We offer a 5% discount for customers from Oneflare for their first time clean with us. We are happy to discuss any further pricing once we establish their needs. Please contact us if you are unsure, we are always happy to discuss.

We are care about out reputation, we have been servicing the local area for over 7 years and hope to be around for many years more, therefore we always strive to ensure our prices are fair and reasonable and reflect the market. From time to time we may have to adjust our pricing for any special requests or to meet rising business costs but we will always discuss this with our clients so they are comfortable with any changes. We never compromise our cleaning standards regardless of price and always ensure our clients receive the highest quality of work.

How do you normally charge for your service?

For domestic cleaning we offer either a tailored quote or an hourly rate priced at $50.00 per cleaner/per hour (+GST).
