Every person has a passion, and every person has a unique skill that they are good at. Then there is the person who is passionate about using their unique skill. I LOVE bookkeeping. Both of my parents were great with numbers and budgeting, and it had to rub off onto one of their four children! I see so many businesses who really struggle with keeping their financials in order with the result that they get years behind or pay far too much in accounting fees each year. They have no idea where their business is financially and only cause themselves more stress than they need. I am a unique bookkeeper, as I love sorting out your bookkeeping issues. I feel enormous satisfaction when I get your job finished and hear the relief in your voice. Also, part of my role as a unique bookkeeper is to listen to you, as a business owner. Often, you need someone to just listen; listen to what is going on in your life, business or what is your major stress issue now. Sometimes I even act as a sounding board for ideas. It is surprising how a solution can be found when you have someone to talk to. You won’t be alone with me as your bookkeeper.
