  Sent the wrong size truck meaning not all our belongings fitted into the smaller truck. Also made the move very slow as they where trying to fit as much in as they could. Was twice as long as our last move.

  Extremely dissatisfied with these movers. The mover was complaining from the get go about how heavy everything was. I had already told the movers on the phone that I had a heavy tv table and bookshelf. I was given a flat rate of 180 and eventually ended up paying over $750. I was told there was no call out fee but there was a call out fee added later on. No receipt was provided. Many of the items were scratched and damaged in the move. Even the new property was not spared. There is dents and breaks in all the door frames. The mover was more interested in getting the extra $50 over making sure the items were secure. I have photos and will definitely be reporting them to fair trading. What should have been a 3-4 hr job took them almost 7+hrs. I would not recommend them and would appeal to everyone to be very careful while picking the movers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
