Yes and Yes , Drew Engineering is a fully insured company that offers full customer support before during and after the job , if a job fails either due to poor product manufacture or because of something we did , we offer free labor till the problem is rectified

I guess it would be two main ones , the first being  "How can you do THAT!!!!"  The answer to that is simple , we draw on 20 years of fit out experience backed up by a further 20 years of building experience , that's right we've been in construction for over 40 years which shows through our understanding of materials and knowhow of techniques , the next is  "Can I get a card for my friend" Of course you can

We are Fast , Reliable , Have the staffing to be able to react to fast job requirement , have over 30 years exp , we are a small hands on construction company which means we can organize all trades needed for the job at hand without the costs incurred by larger companies and we work clean and safe

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

the best way I could recommend to save money befor a job is to 1:Get as much paper work relevant to the job as possible even if it doesn't seem important 2:Try to source as much specialty materials involved with the job as possible as a lot of these materials can incur high builders margins as they can be time consuming to source , most of this is basically what we call phone bashing and can be done by any one ,oh and don't feel bad dropping your builders name in the process 3:Do as much cleaning as possible before your tradie or builder shows up for the quote as a messy job can look more involved than its attracting a higher price. This goes double if its a one man job , as you don't want to pay tradies rates for some one to sweep up oh and of course always check the legal's involved if another party is involved to ensure you are the party responsible for payment of the works e.g. fences common walls and common property

What makes your pricing competitive?

Our prices are made competitive through our experienced team that will not only quote the job but in most cases will be present during the job caring out the works , for example if its fitting doors or cabinetry a carpenter will show up to quote the job , if its installing power points or lights an electrician will show up , if its a full blown site excavation or a shop fit out a builder will show up. We do this to ensure that the job is not only quoted accurately but that it can be carried out in the required time frame. We also have the advantage of a small team that all lead from the front which means your not paying for any spare tyre's or paper shufflers that are all to present in our larger competitors

How do you normally charge for your service?

At Drew we are flexible with our pay rates to suit the needs of the job in question , for example we wouldn't quote you $85 an hour , the price for a fully qualified engineer if only a general labor was required which would be more like $25 an hour. Unlike our larger competitors that charge standard rates per hour which means you are paying not only for the required trade but for the myriad of other office staff and paper shufflers, we charge only for the services you use

We excel at all aspects of the construction industry but if we had to chose a field in which we truly stand out it would have to be both electrical and fit out in all sectors domestic commercial and industrial.

My personal experience ranges from my time as a carpenter to my education as a builder and beyond as the head of Drew Engineering , taking on jobs from small domestic fitouts in my early days to getting jobs out of the ground through to completion as a builder to school refurbishments as the head of Drew Engineering .When using you Drew you not only have the advantage of my experience but of the combined experience of the whole team from engineers to tradies to hydrologists
