  Zenal and his team from Dream flooring did a terrible job on the installation of the flooring and skirting at my mothers apartment and I would not recommend them as a business. Zenal gave us three quotes, each one offering a different price for the installation of the floor boards and skirting. We went with the most expensive quote which included the removal of existing skirting and replacing it with new as well as having a leveled floor including the underlay and ply wood. Zenal and his team damaged the walls when they removed the skirting boards and purchased the incorrect thickness of plywood. This meant the flooring throughout the apartment was uneven and has steps with an ugly aluminum trim from one room to another (which we where never consulted about) the exact reason we went for the most expensive quote so not to have different floor levels . Skirting boards were stuck with glue rather then installing them correctly and they then detached from the walls. When I called Zenal and asked him why the floor was not level he admitted he had bought the wrong thickness and that it was too late to fix the problem. When asked about the skirting boards he said he would be happy to pay for another trade to fix the damage he and his team created, however when the quotes where sent to him he withdrew his offer and refused to refund the payment that we had made to him in good faith. We have been left to rectify the issues created by Dream Flooring at our expense. We have tried to communicate with Zenal with no response. With no further communication from Zenal or anyone from his business it has left us no choice but to leave this review. We hope this will save other people having to go through this situation.
